Old Rajshahi Cadets Association (ORCA) USA is the USA Chapter of the Old Rajshahi Cadets Association (ORCA) headquartered in Bangladesh. Founded in 2002, ORCA-USA is a not-for-profit, non-political, volunteer-led organization registered with the IRS under Section 501(c)(3). It consists of alumni from Rajshahi Cadet College living across the United States.
Mission Statement:
“Reach out to each other by building bridges across batches and spanning distant regions, so as to harness our vast talent pool and make a difference to ourselves, so together we may prosper and together we may make a difference to our impoverished country.”
Vision:
“We will soar ever higher on the wings of brotherhood and service.”
Membership Categories:
- Primary Membership: For ex-cadets of Rajshahi Cadet College living in North America.
- Voting Membership: For Primary Members who have paid annual dues.
- Associate Membership: For spouses, children of members, and former teachers living in North America (no voting rights).
Membership Dues:
- Primary Membership: $10/year (students), $25/year (earning members)
- Lifetime Membership: One-time $300
